P90X - Two Weeks In!

Hey All!

I had been doing P90X inconsistently for approximately one month and made the decision to get serious three weeks ago. At two weeks I had already had amazing results and I wanted to share it with you.

I lost 2 3/4" in my waist, 2 1/4" in my hips and gained 1 inch in my thighs! As long as it's muscle I don't mind gaining it :) As for the rest of my upper body, they have reamined the same. But two weeks in, this is amazing if you ask me!

  1. Awesome results Jessica!!! I'm one of those quick results people too :) I just finished up Day 16 after slacking for 6 months and I feel great again (sore, but great).
